Trading Terms and Conditions

We appreciate our customers and provide 14 days for payment of invoices. Any balances outstanding after 14 days will incur interest charged at 13%.

Progress Payments: Progress payments will be required on a monthly basis for work completed for each 30 day period. If the client does not agree with the percentage of work complete in that 30 day period the Client will inform SKG Mechanical Design and Drafting within 7 days of receiving the invoice. If no response is received within 7 days of receiving the invoice SKG Mech will assume the Client agrees to paying the amount shown on the invoice. 

Electronic Communication Consent

By accepting a drafting quote or consulting proposal you are providing consent to SKG Mechanical Design & Drafting to communicate electronically with you. You are also nominating and authorising SKG Mechanical Design & Drafting to act on instructions it has received from you electronically.

Your information is not given or stored by third parties. Your personal information will remain with us indefinitely until you advise you would like it removed, unless we de-identify it or destroy it earlier in accordance with privacy law requirements.

Hard copy information is generally stored in our office, which is secured to prevent entry by unauthorised people. Any personal information not actively being used is archived.
